The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Crystal Code
“Products” refers to the items offered for sale on our website
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Installation/Services from Us.
“Service/Support/Customization” refers to the inhouse support ticket system [support.CrystalCodeKw.com]
“Website” refers to CrystalCode, accessible from www.CrystalCodeKw.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable
Your order Cancellation Rights/ Refund Policy
Once the project starts and the amount is paid upon agreement then the amount is non-refundable. But as We are selling service and service can not start immediately, You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of payment.
We will process your refund as soon as We’re able to. In some cases, We might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for You or We can have a discussion meeting for better outcome.
We may refuse to refund clients who act in bad faith or misused the services. Refunds will not be applicable to discounted services and software up-gradation service.
